- 1/2 cup cooked and peeled sweet potato
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of peanut or almond butter
Blend all ingredients until you get a creamy smooth consistency
2. Mixed Fruit & Vegetable Smoothie
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stick
- 1 lemon with skin
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup water
Mix and blend all ingredients until smooth (makes 3 days’ worth).
3. Strawberry-Pineapple Green Smoothie
- 2 cups pineapple
- 1 cup whole strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups kale
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon Hemp seeds
Mix and blend all ingredients until smooth.
