Turmeric provides the beautiful golden colour to this beverage as well as anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits.  Cinnamon delivers that incredibly warming and comforting aroma, and is beneficial for helping to regulate blood sugar levels so is very helpful in managing diabetes.

Walnut Coconut Milk with Turmeric and Cinnamon


  • 1 cup soaked walnuts. Soak overnight in water.
  • 1 cup shredded Coconut
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Turmeric
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • a pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • 4 cups of water


  1. Add all ingredients in a mixer and blend well. Use a sprout (or nut milk) bag to strain the mixture in bowl or large measuring cup. Put mixture in a clean container and refrigerate.
