No Need To Turn The Oven On For This One – It’s Raw.

This is one of those recipes you can throw together in no time – it doesn’t require baking and can be made completely with a food processor – so hardly any washing up too!

And it’s packed full of good nutrition too.  Carrots are high in Vitamin A and antioxidant beta carotene, walnuts and almonds provide protein and healthy fats along with Vitamin E and several essential minerals (calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium), oats provide excellent fibre, and cinnamon has blood sugar regulating qualities.

There is also no wheat used in the recipe so they are gluten free.
