In this video The Raw Chef shows you how to make a delicious Hazelnut milk (or you can use Almonds) you can use for drinking straight, adding to smoothies, using in baking etc. He suggests hazelnut milk as a great option for adding to tea and coffee as it doesn’t separate the way that almond milk does.
The recipe calls for 1 cup of nuts to 3 cups of water increasing the nut content from the measly 2% found in store bought cartons to 33% in this homemade variety.
And when you discover how simple it is to make your own…..why wouldn’t you? All you need is a blender (and a nut milk bag is optional).
